Return & Exchange Policy
OVERVIEW
Our love for art and prints drives us to make each piece unique. Our textiles are individually created by hand painting using different techniques. The occasional slubs,textures,gentle shading, and techniques of painting on the fabrics should not be regarded as defects. The soft natural look and subtle colour variations are characteristics of special dyeing and the washing process.
The Art Robe reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
As a company policy we do not provide refund, return and cancellation on any product sold. Once the products are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement only.
Since each piece is hand painted, we can place a return only for a size issue. Kindly see the size assistance tab for further information. In case of any further assistance, you can reach out to us on +91 9175294004 or mail us on theartrobeindia@gmail.com and our team will assist you with the same.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us on theartrobeindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will start the procedure of replacement on bases of availability. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by theartrobe.com in this regard.
NO COMPENSATION POLICY
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the replacement of the product.(Subject to availibility of stock) The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled replacement, will be treated as loss to business cases. theartrobe.com holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
SALE
All items bought in sale, or from the sale section or by using a coupon code are not eligible for return, exchange and refund.
Please Note: In case there is a size change for a product bought in the sale or by using a coupon code, and the size you require to be changed for, is out of stock and unavailable, we will be unable to process a return for a size change. A size change for a discounted product is subject to availability stock of the product required by the customer and cannot be changed for a different product . To avoid this please refer to our size chart before you purchase.
Size change on a sale product is applicable only and only on availability.Even on availibility the change of size can only be done once .
Size change during a sale or coupon code applied is subject to availability. To avoid a size issue during sale please refer to our size chart before you purchase.

SIZE ISSUE
In case of size change for the same product only, please drop us an email on theartrobeindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9175294004 with the product code and size within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the process. We do not accept cancellations and give refunds.
If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have already purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
a. The exchange will only be a 1-time exchange.
b. Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 3-4 business days.
c. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
It should be in its original packaging and condition accompanied by a proof of purchase.
d. Returned items for exchange will be received and examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
e. Once the returned product is received and clears the quality check and examination criteria at our end, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability. If the product is out of stock a size change will not be possible.
f. In a rare case, if a customer has purchased a product on the MRP price (no discounts have been applied), and the required size is not in stock, and we cannot procure it anymore we will issue you a credit note after deducting the applicable shipping charges.
g. You can then use the credit note for your future purchase with us.
h. We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.
i. Monetary refund will not be provided
j. If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than The Art Robe, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
k.A product cannot be cancelled after placing it.
l.Please refer to the SALE section of the Terms and Conditions for a size change bought in a sale or by using a coupon code. Size change is subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
theartrobe.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable return will be made in a reasonable time.
