We offer free shipping across India. There may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case-to-case basis.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Currently, at this point in time we only ship within India. We are working on getting The Art Robe to you everywhere, so stay tuned!

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

You can expect your order to reach you within 15-20 days of placing an order. All orders are dispatched within 2 weeks from the day of conformation of order. Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and public holidays. From the day the order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

Since these textiles are created individually, we take about 15 days for the end product to be ready and then a further 7-10 days for delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

DELAY IN SHIPMENT

In a rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

theartrobe.com via its courier partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

TRACKING SHIPMENT

The Art Robe uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers tracking number and the link for tracking.
